Living SMART

I just started this book, and I am already half way through it! It really is helpful if you are trying to break bad habits in your life. I was given the book for my Optifast class, but I can say this will be helpful along the line when counseling others. These skills can help in many ways from trying to quit smoking, to eating healthier, exercising, quit drinking, being more positive, etc.

Set a goal
Monitor your progress
Arrange your world for success
Recruit a support team
Treat yourself

These are very simple practices that can change your life! I am looking forward to what comes out of implementing these skills in my weight loss, healthy eating, and exercise routines.
